Clothing Haul

I bought some clothes from Missguided as there was a sale. This is the first time that I've ever ordered anything off of this website and I'm so pleased that I did buy them. These clothes are such good quality and I find that they fit me really well. I will write the prices of the clothes underneath that they are priced at now.

This is on sale at the moment at £8.00 but it is normally £20.00

I love this item because it is the first skort that I've owned and I think it will look really nice on a hot day with a plain baggy vest top tucked in and some sandals. Also, it has some yellow on it so it isn't just black and white like most of my clothes.

Careena Front Pleat Midi Skater Skirt Blue

This is on sale at the moment at £12.00 but it is normally £19.99

I love this item because I've always wanted one of these midi skater skirts, I've always put off getting one though because I didn't know if it would suit me but I bought it and I'm going to try to push myself to wear it this year.

Maia Gingham Bralet Black

This is on sale at the moment at £9.99 but it is normally £14.99

I love this item because it matches the skirt that I bought and I think the co-ord sets look really nice. You could also wear this bralet with a plain skirt for a more casual look. The only thing with this is that you can't wear a normal bra so you would have to wear a backless bra or no bra. You could also wear a lace bandeau if you don't want to show a lot of skin.

Helena Gingham Full Midi Skirt Black

This is on sale at the moment at £15.00 but it is normally £19.99

I love this item because it matches the bralet and also because I just think that it is so pretty. It reminds me of Dorothy's outfit in the Wizard Of Oz:'). You could also wear this with a plain top tucked in for a more casual look or wear it with the matching bralet and nude heels for a more dressed up look.

Allina PU Trim Boucle Shorts

This is on sale at the moment at £10.00 but it is normally £22.00

I love this item because I have no shorts like this in this material and they just look so nice. I would say that they are high waisted which I absolutely love and they aren't too short which is good because I don't like wearing really short shorts.

What is the blog post you are most proud of?

I have only uploaded one blog post at the moment which is my Beauty Haul but I am proud of that because it is the first blog post I've done (apart from my introductory post) and I was actually really happy with how the pictures and everything came out. I do have more blog posts to go up soon.

What is your favourite film?

This is a hard question as I have so many favourite films but I think it has to be Notting Hill with Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts. I can watch it over and over again and still laugh and get emotional. It's such a beautiful film and Rom-Coms are my favourite type anyway.

If you could be a fictional character who would you be?

This is such a hard question, I'm not sure. Pretty much every girl wants to be a disney princess when they're little, including me, so maybe Belle or Snow White. Also I used to watch the TV show 'Star Crossed', (let me know if any of you watched it, I was so upset when it got cancelled after series 1) and I wanted to be Emery from that show because she was really brave and didn't let anything scare her and she was going out with Roman (Matt Lanter) who is gorgeous.

What three items would you take to a desert island?

My camera, A boat and Cranberry juice (I drink cranberry juice all the time, it's my favourite)

If you could travel in time, where would you go?

I would travel back in time before my grandad died so I could see him again. I was only about 6 when he died, even though I remember him well, and I would like to have more of a mature conversation with him and just talk to him about life and stuff. (That got quite depressing)

Favourite band/artist?

The 1975 and Ed Sheeran.

Best place to eat out?

I don't really eat out a lot but I've been to Frankie & Benny's a few times and I really enjoyed it there .

What do you like most about the country/town you are from?

All my best friends are close by and there are some really nice cafés nearby, and the people who work there are so lovely.

Best concert you've ever been to?

The Ed Sheeran concert I went to last year, it was so amazing. There was no band on stage with him or anyone else it was just him and I had the best time.

If you watch yotube, who is your favourite youtuber?

I watch youtube pretty much every day. My favourites are probably PointlessBlogg, Zoella, ThatcherJoe and SprinkleOfGlitter but I do watch a few other youtubers aswell.

Cats or dogs?

Definitely dogs.

My first blog post

Hey, I'm Kayleigh. I'm quite new so I'm not quite sure how to start this post so I thought I would just write a brief description of what I would like to do here...

I thought I would start blogging because I thought it would be fun to be able to talk about the things that I'm interested in like fashion and beauty and share it with other people and talk to other bloggers too. I would also like to blog about recipes that I've made as I love cooking. As I get more confident on here I would like to start blogging about other things in my life as well.

If there is anything you want to know about me then you can leave me a comment on the FAQ page and I will answer it.

I would also like to check out some blogs as I am only following a couple of people so if you have any recommendations of good blogs or you want me to check out your blog, leave me a comment too.
